Terms & Conditions

Brave Hearts Coaching LLC (BHC) legal notices and terms & conditions for individual coaching, workshop and e-learning courses: Applicants agree when booking any BHC face-to-face training or e-learning courses (Terms and Conditions). Throughout the Terms and Conditions, the BHC means Brave Hearts Coaching LLC Bianca Veloso. BHC reserves the right to review and update these periodically.
 
1. Registration and Booking
 
1.1 Booking an individual coaching, workshop and e-learning courses
Those can be booked via the booking forms available on BHC website. BHC will accept your offer by entering your booking onto our system and sending you an email confirming that you have been booked together with information on starting your learning.
 
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A receipt will be sent to you by email from the online payment system confirming payment. The online payment system will receive the information needed to verify and authorize your payment card and to process your order and is under strict legal and contractual obligations not to disclose this information to third parties.
Fees must be paid at the point of booking via BHC secure online payment process. If you have an applicable discount code this must be entered at the time of booking, as the discount cannot be applied retrospectively.

 

1.2 Payment including the type of card and number or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your application will be deemed void. BHC will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.
 
1.3 Prevailing terms and conditions
Please note that this and all other BHC pre-contractual documentation shall not constitute an offer. All services provided by BHC are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and if you wish to engage any BHC services BHC shall only provide them if you accept the Terms and Conditions. If you offer to engage BHC on your own terms and conditions then we shall only accept your offer subject to the Terms and Conditions, which shall, if we provide the services you offer to engage, prevail over any other terms and conditions.
 
2. Learning
 
2.1 Ownership and intellectual property rights (BHC individual coaching, workshop and e-learning courses)
All materials, whether on the BHC website or an individual coaching, workshop and e-learning environment, are owned by the BHC. All intellectual property rights in all materials available, including the design, graphics, and text of all printed materials and the audio of all webinars and podcasts, are owned by BHC. No content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without BHC's prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of BHC’s intellectual property rights.
 

2.2 Technology
BHC does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors, and omissions.
 
2.3 Liability
BHC does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of the information in, or views expressed on, its training courses, including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of BHC. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
 
3. Cancellation

There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify BHC in writing not less than 28 days before the start and if there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee will be payable if the notice is received less than 28 days before the start of the original course. If you transfer your booking you will not receive any refund, and you will not be entitled to transfer more than once. You must make any request to transfer a course in writing, which may be sent by email
3.2 Transferring your place on a face-to-face or training course
 
If you withdraw for any reason less than 28 days before the start date of a course, no refund will be issued but you may transfer your payment to a substitute individual session, workshop or e-learning class. Substitutions should be notified to BHC at least 48 hours prior to the course start date. If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked without giving prior notice to BHC, we are unable to refund the fees or offer a transfer.
If you notify BHC in writing (by email or post) that you wish to cancel individual coaching, workshop or training course not less than 28 days before the start date of a course, you will be entitled to a 100% refund. Refunds will be processed with 28 days of receiving your request via bank transfer to the original payer.
3.1 Cancellation of an individual session, workshop or e-learning class to info@braveheartscoaching.com
 
3.3 Cancellation of an e-learning course
Once you have booked an e-learning course or package the fee is non-refundable and the booking non-transferrable. If you cancel any e-learning course or package you will not be entitled to any refund, nor will you be able to transfer your place either to another person or onto another e-learning course.

3.4 Refunds:
Online Coaching and Workshop Group – If you go through 'The Emotional Blueprint', 'Polarity Equals Passion', or 'Magic Love Life' courses, attend all sessions and do your homework, and at the end you don’t feel you have gained value, just show us all your homework and exercises so we know you went through the course – and we’ll happily refund your entire tuition and give you all your money back.


All transactions are conducted in United States dollars (USD) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.
